1. Always check out the sellers "feedback"
seller 1 has a 100% positive feedback w 44 transactions....pretty good
seller 2 has a 99.6% feedback with 1446 transactions....very good.
these are good sellers, I would buy from them.
2. You pay for items through Paypal, if for some reason you are not satisfied, and the seller won't oblige, paypal can do an investigation and most times get your money refunded.
I have used ebay alot to sell and buy. I have had 1 bad experience where the seller refused to communicate and paypal refunded me my money.
Remember: "buyer beware" means you need to do your homework and ask questions of the sellers before you even place a bid...that is your responsibility....and applies to anything in life. Sellers and buyers on ebay want to keep a good reputation. A bad mark on their feedback is not what they want. Good luck.
